Requirements Engineer (f/m/d)
- collect and document technical requirements for our software solutions directly from the customers
- close relationships with our customers and be able to draw a clear picture of their business processes
- champion localisation for the Chinese market and identify trends that appeal to our customers
- act as a bridge between our product owners in Germany and our customers in China
- check whether the requirements are within the scope of technical realisability and support our team in the technical implementation
- develop customer-oriented and innovative solution strategies on the basis of the requirements and check them with regard to possible risks and economic viability
- support us in the development of product-spanning concepts
- coordinate and shape the further development of our product portfolio
- contribute to our corporate start-up DNA
- have very good technical knowledge and feel comfortable in an agile environment
- are fluent in the Chinese tech ecosystem
- know how to use Confluence and Jira to manage requirements
- are able to analyse complex technical content and present it in an understandable way
- have strong communication skills and are able to put yourself in the shoes of our customers
- have knowledge of software development and ideally knowledge of the textile (machinery) industry
- are a team player and enjoy intercultural cooperation
- have a passion for digital innovations, Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory
- are fluent in Chinese and English
